Fair question. We won't answer it with a wall of testimonials we don't have. What we can offer is a clear method, undivided attention, and honesty about what we've done, and what we haven't. Start with one small, well-defined problem; you'll learn more from how we handle it than from any case study.

Do you only build custom software?

Accepted Answer

No, and we'll actively talk you out of it when it's the wrong answer. We work across custom software, AI automation, and digital marketing because a business problem rarely respects those boundaries. We pick the combination that removes the friction, which is sometimes none of the above.

What does an engagement start with?

A conversation about what's slowing the business down. From there we usually do a short, focused look at the actual workflow before recommending anything. You'll get a clear view of the problem and the smallest useful way to fix it.

Which industries do you work in?

We've worked with businesses in food and architecture. We're open to other sectors, but we won't claim experience we don't have. Our method, study the workflow, find the expensive friction, travels across industries; specific domain knowledge, we learn honestly and up front.

It depends on the problem and the smallest useful intervention we agree on. We'd rather scope a small first piece than sell you a large programme you can't yet evaluate. Pricing is discussed openly before anything starts.

How do you handle our data and any AI you use?

We use only the data a task genuinely needs, we're clear about where it lives, and we don't feed sensitive business information into tools that would use it to train models. If AI is part of a build, we'll explain exactly what it does and doesn't see.
